Even though no one is probably going to read this because I have not posted in a really long time, I may start picking this up again as I make my way through South America, but I cant make any promises.

Tomorrow I start my 2 month excursion through Chile, Peru, Ecuador and Colombia.

So A quick update of what I have been up to these past 7 or so months.
So after South Africa we went to Mauritius where I got coaxed into staying at a 5-star resort, I think it was called Sofetal. I had my hair out so everybody there was wondering why the hell was this crazy American teenager staying at a 5-star resort half way around the world. And that is a quesiton I will never be able to answer.

After Mauritius we went to India. I bought this really cool white Indian Suit and wore it when I was at the Taj Mahal. India was my facebook trip. There were 27 of us that got together over facebook and planned the trip. We went to New Delhi, Agra (the Taj), Varanasi (The Hindu Mecca) and Chennai. India was hella cool.

Next was Vietnam and Cambodia. I went a little crazy there. I only got 10 hours of sleep during all of my 5 days there. I bought a suit and a tux, a bunch of DVD's and other souvineers. And we we also went to Angkor Wat which was totally frikin awesome.

China was also flippin amazing. Hong Kong, Beijing in the freezing snow, hiking up, sleeping on, walking on, and ziplining down the great wall of china. Then we went to Xiun and I got the autograph of the person who found the terra-cotta warriors. And then I spent some time in Shanghai.

Next was Japan and was up for 30 hours in a row in Yokohama and Tokyo. Then I spent two days and a night with a wonderful family outside of Osaka. It was truly an amazing experience.

Lastly, Hawaii my birthday port was really really really fun. I had never spent my birthday at the beach and my half birthday in the snow/winter. Finally I had gotten back to San Diego and met up with my parents to spend 3 weeks at home.

I then had a really good quarter at Stanford where I got on the Dean's List! and I roomed with one of my really good friends from SAS.

OK kinda almost done.

Then for Spring Break, I traveled with Erica to Rio, Iguazzu and Buenos Aires. All of them were absolutly amazing and I could totally go back. I then went to Santiago to study abroad. Since studying abroad I coached surf in Valpo, did a whole bunch of stuff in Pucon, went to La Serena, Montevideo, Uruguay, back to BA, and also to Mendoza. We also went to Isla Negra and to southern chile. It was a great quarter and I should expand more, but probably wont.

So ya now today is my last full day in Santiago and I am off to San Pedro de Atacama. I am so sad to be ending my wonderful time in Santiago, but so excited to continue my South American adventure!!!
